Hi Reader,

This final video brings us to the parathyroid hormone.

While it’s not as commonly discussed, it plays a central role in regulating calcium in the body.

It helps determine:

  • how much calcium is absorbed,
  • how much is stored in bone,
  • and how much circulates in the blood

This is one of the reasons why simply taking more calcium doesn’t always equal stronger bones.

Your body is constantly regulating, adjusting, and responding.

And as you’ve seen over these past weeks, bone health is not one nutrient or one solution, it’s a system.

A dynamic, responsive system that is influenced by:

  • hormones
  • digestion
  • metabolism
  • lifestyle
  • daily rhythms
